HOW TO TURN ON YOUR SCAN LOCATION:
When scanning the QR code with your phone's camera, allow sharing location when prompted to ensure accurate location tracking. If you don't have your location service turned on, it may result in a deviated location due to privacy laws. To turn on location services, follow these steps:
For iOS:
1. Turn on "Location Service" and "Share My Location" in your phone settings.
2. Select "While Using the App" in the "ALLOW LOCATION ACCESS" settings for your default browser(s) (Safari, Chrome, Firefox), and enable "Precise Location" for specific locations.
3. "Share your Location" with Google Maps while using.
For Android:
1. Turn on "Location" in your phone settings: Settings > Location > On.
2. Enable "Location Services" for improved accuracy: Settings > Location > Location services > enable all accuracy options.
To scan QR codes, you can use the Camera app on iOS 11 and later versions, but it may provide inaccurate location due to privacy laws. Another option is to use NeoReader QR & Barcode Scanner or QR Code Reader ϟ/QR Reader for Android (by Tap media) which are available for both Android and iOS. Be careful not to subscribe to any paid app if you only need a free version.
